New board game lounge is seeking kitchen staff to join our dynamic and creative team. Hours vary (both part-time and full-time positions available). Set schedule. We are open 7 days a week. This job requires weekend, holiday and evening availability.
Responsibilities include: prep; making sandwiches, platters, hors d'oeuvres; food inventory monitoring; cleaning, opening and closing duties.
Valid Food Handlers Certificate and Smart Serve required (or ability to acquire right after hire)
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
Ability to organize, work cleanly, efficiently and independently
Comfortable with volume and variable production/service demands
Ability to work independently, in a team and under supervision
Professional communication skills when working with suppliers, co-workers and patrons
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ensure and provide consistent food preparation according to Wonderland menu and service standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Stock inventory appropriately
Communicate in a polite and professional manner with other team members
Work with the management team on monitoring the inventory
Open and/or close (depending on a shift)
Help to implement changes to the menu when and if needed
Take an active role in the production and creative presentation of all food products
Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment

New board game lounge is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, positive, customer service-oriented people to join our dynamic environment! You will work with a fantastic team of game hosts and developers in the escape room industry. This job involves both facilitating escape room experiences and preparing food/drink.
THE JOB MAY INCLUDE:
Greeting and hosting all guests
Facilitate escape room experiences
Resetting escape room experiences
Responding to email and phone inquiries
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
2 years in service or customer service industry
Availability on weekends and evenings
Passion for games and strong will to learn more
